Shipping Policy

Sweet Illene’s currently ships within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared for shipment within 7–10 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Customized, personalized, and made-to-order products may require the full processing period.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping options and charges are displayed during checkout. Economy and Standard shipping options may be available depending on the order’s weight and destination.

Orders totaling $50 or more qualify for free Economy shipping. The $50 minimum is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before shipping charges.

Delivery Time

Shipping transit time begins after the order has been processed and transferred to the carrier. Carrier delivery estimates are not included in the 7–10 business-day processing period. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after the shipping label is created. Tracking information may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Please contact Sweet Illene’s as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has shipped, the address may not be changed.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Sweet Illene’s is not responsible for carrier delays. If tracking shows a delivery problem, customers should contact Sweet Illene’s so assistance can be provided.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact Sweet Illene’s promptly with the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned because the address entered during checkout was incomplete or incorrect, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order is resent.

Local Pickup and Delivery

Local pickup and local delivery are not currently offered.
